Services & Fees

Customized Property Inspections
Seasonally Safe does interior and exterior inspections that are customized to your specific needs, ensuring your property is well taken care of. During our weekly checks we provide many services such as: checking water, heating, cooling and security systems; running water and flushing toilets, stacking wood and watering plants. We also provide caretaking and personal assistant services to make your second home feel like your first.
Weekly $125/month. Bi-monthly $175/month.
These rates are dependent on the size and location of the home.

Contractors and Repairs
Seasonally Safe will arrange to meet any subcontractor at your home, and will remain until the work is done. Should things go wrong, we have relationships with the most reliable local contractors. We will schedule, provide access to, and oversee all work to ensure completion of the project in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.
Any work provided by subcontractors will be billed by Seasonally Safe at a 10% increase over the invoice rate or at an hourly rate of $25/hour.

Pre/Post Visit Setup
We want your second home to feel like your first when you arrive, we are happy to make sure all inconveniences are taken care of; enabling our clients to enjoy their time in Incline Village from beginning to end. Seasonally Safe will set the thermostats, spa and entry lights to desired specifications, as well as stock your refrigerator and freezer if desired. We will ensure your home is warm and comfortable when you arrive. At the end of your visit we will return and shut down your home.
Our weekly visits can be timed to your arrival and departure to avoid extra fees.
You will be billed for groceries and shopping time at $25/hour if you choose this service.

Other Services:

Snow Removal and Landscaping
Snow removal is individually priced based on property.
Landscaping (weeding and watering) is billed at $30/hour.

Airport Transportation
Transportation between Reno/Tahoe International Airport
to Incline Village. 48 hour advance notice required.
$30/person, 2 person minimum.

Bling Bling House Cleaning
Seasonally Safe offers house cleaning services to our clients
anytime you want your home to sparkle.
$30/hour per person cleaning.
